QLD: Son charged with Stanthorpe murder
BRISBANE, Aug 28 AAP - A man, 20, will face the courts today after his father was found
dead on a property near Stanthorpe yesterday.
Police said the body was found near a dam on Glen Aplin, south west of Brisbane, just
before 6am (AEST).
The dead man had suffered extensive head injuries but a post mortem would be held today,
police said.
The man held by police was expected to appear in Stanthorpe magistrates court today.
