Innovative Companies, Inc. Allies With World's Largest Retailer; Wal-Mart, Inc. added to Distribution.

Breakthrough Engineered Nutrition, a wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative Companies, Inc. announced today that it has joined forces with Wal-Mart, Inc. in the distribution of CarbSlim Bites.

CarbSlim Bites, peanut butter crunch flavor is now sold at most of Wal- Mart's 3,016 U.S. stores. "Our chain-wide alliance with Wal-Mart is a huge opportunity for us to solidify CarbSlim as a true national brand. This is our largest step toward attaining our distribution and financial objectives," said Nate Bernstein, Breakthrough's VP of Sales and Marketing.

CarbSlim Bites are marketed by Breakthrough Engineered Nutrition, Inc. The product is a patent-pending, net carb-free candy geared for health- conscious consumers and anyone following the low-glycemic and low-carbohydrate lifestyles.
